New payment policy for individuals

To our individual customers:
We have changed our payment policy in order to resolve a problem we have had with overdue individual accounts.
Effective immediately, we will ask you to make payment for individual seat fares or charters when you travel. If you are traveling from our base in Anchorage, please make payment before boarding the aircraft. If you are traveling to Anchorage, please make payment when you arrive.
Hardship exceptions to these policies will be considered on a case by case basis.
