Alaska AIr Transit guarantees our price quotes. The price you are quoted is all inclusive, including federal excise tax, and you won’t get any surprises if the flight takes longer than originally planned due to weather or other delays.

Comparing Prices: It is best when comparing prices to request a trip price quote from the operator. When an operator gives you a price quote, be sure to ask whether the price is inclusive, or whether the operator may tack on additional surprise charges which have not been included in your price quote. These additional charges may include extra time if weather causes delays or a longer routing to be flown. All charters on aircraft in the seven to nine seat size category must include federal excise tax, so be sure to ask whether it has already been added to your price quote. Also, be sure to ask the operator how much payload may be carried at the quoted price, and whether additional stops are required for refueling.

Alaska AIr Transit has the responsibility and expertise to decide if weather conditions permit a prudent decision to dispatch to your destination. Weather in Alaska is dynamic, and not always predictable. Therefore, if the weather changes and a flight must turn back without landing at its intended destination, we will not bill you for that flight.
